All joking aside, Parker Lake doesn't sound like the most exciting title for a painting, but, you do have to drive a rough, rocky road for a long time to get to the trailhead, where there's a tiny parking lot. It's a stunning climb up rocky terrain to the Aspen forests, then the prized lake. Just another beautiful place in the eastern Sierra.
